Overlooks a beautiful small, quiet, sheltered bay across from Canada's newest (Gulf Islands) National Park. Handicap friendly and wheelchair accessible. It has two floors, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a den. There is one king size bed, one queen, and three single beds. Kitchen facilities include stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and silverware. There's also a gas BBQ, washer and dryer. Linen is available for all beds and bathrooms. Furnishings are rustic and the heat is electric. There are lots of board games and puzzles for indoor play. The house is also equipped with a 25" TV and VCR.

Shingle Bay is very sheltered and is ideal to kayak from. As well as the property’s accessible shore, there are two public beaches (one with swings and picnic tables) within a five minute walk, and more beaches and playgrounds a short drive away.
